Mom celebrated mother's day in the hospital. After 6 months of non-hospital stay, she's in again. This time she needs 5 pints of blood.
She became anaemic 3 year ago due to radiotherapy treatment for womb cancer. It was a painful journey for all of us especially mom at the age of 85 years old. At her age, her body couldn't take the treatment. It weakens her and she became depressed. We are all walking through this painful journey with her all the way.
I hope that she don't need another blood transfusion for another 6 months, which is consider very good.....
